Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 109
109. The presumption shall, upon the demand of the registrar of
the said court, be registered in the Public Registry, as provid ed
under articles 290 and 291 within fifteen (15) days from the da te of
notification of the decree to the Director of the Public Regist ry, unless
it has already been registered upon the demand of any other per son.
