Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 344
344. The usufructuary is also entitled to the enjoyment of any
stone-quarry which is already opened and being worked at the ti me
the right to the usufruct vests in him; he may not, however, op en
new quarries.
Usufructuary has
no right to
treasure- trove.
