Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 345
345. The usufructuary shall have no right to any treasure-trove
which may be found during the usufruct, saving the portion ther eof
to which he may be entitled, according to law, for having
discovered it.
Owner may not
prejudice rights of
usufructuary.
