Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 355
355. If the usufructuary fails to gi ve security, where required,
within the time fixed by the cour t, the court shall, upon the d emand
of the owner, appoint a competent person to administer the thin gs
subject to the usufruct, in the interest of both the owner and the
usufructuary.
