Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 42
42. (1) The action for separation shall be extinguished by the
reconciliation of the spouses.
(2) Nevertheless, where a fresh ground for separation arises,
the plaintiff may in support of his demand also allege the prev ious
grounds.
Death of either of
the spouses.
