Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 466

466. The owner of a tenement subject, in virtue of an easement constituted without title, to receive the rain-water falling on the roofs of a neighbouring building, may, at any time, on payment of an indemnity, compel the owner o f such building to cause such easement to cease. Owner of building subject to easement of allowing rain- water falling on such building to flow to neighbouring tenement, may cause such easement to cease.
