Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 607
607. Any heir or legatee, exclude d as unworthy from receiving
the inheritance or legacy, is bound to restore any fruits or re venues
which he may have received sin ce the opening of the succession.
Descendants of
person unworthy
are entitled to the
reserved portion.
