Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 608
608. The descendants of a person ex cluded as unworthy shall, in
all cases, be entitled to the reserved portion, which would hav e
been due to the pe rson so excluded:
Provided that such person shall not have, over the portion
of the estate vested in his children, the right of usufruct and
administration which the law grants to parents.
Incapacity of tutors
or curators to
receive by will.
