Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 660
660. A notary who has received a s ecret will, shall, within four
working days, to be reckoned from the day of the delivery, pres ent
such will to the court of voluntary jurisdiction for preservati on by
the registrar, as provided in the Code of Organization and Civil
Procedure .
Penalty to be
inflicted on notary
contravening the
provisions of
s.660.
