Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 69

69. The spouse who has not given birth cannot repudiate a child born before the lapse of one hund red and eighty days after the marriage in any of the following cases: (a) if, before the marriage, such spouse was aware of the pregnancy; (b) if such spouse has made the declaration required for the drawing up of the act of birth, acknowledging oneself to be the parent of the child; (c) if the child be declared not viable.
