Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 720
720. (1) If the heir has been instituted subject to a condition of
the nature of those mentioned in article 716, there shall be
appointed an administrator of the inheritance until such condit ion is
fulfilled or it is certain that it cannot be fulfilled.
(2) An administrator shall also be appointed when the heir or
the legatee fails to give the s ecurity required under the last two
preceding articles, as well as in the case in which the institu ted heir
is the immediate issue, as yet unconceived, of a person living at the
time of the death of the testa tor as provided in article 600.

(3) Such administrator shall have the same powers and duties
as the curator of a vacant inhe ritance, subject to any other di rection
which, according to circumstan ces, the court shall deem fit to give.
