780. The provisions of the last p receding article shall also
apply in any case where the comp etent court shall have adjudged
and declared that the testator is, in consequence of his long

absence, to be presumed to have died, as well as in any case wh ere
the testator shall have taken th e vows in a monastic order or i n a
religious corporation of regulars.
