Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 781

781. (1) No person may waive the power of revoking or altering any testamentary disposition made by him. (2) Any clause or condition purporting to waive such power, shall be considered as if it had not been written. Will may be revoked by subsequent will or notarial instrument.
