Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 880

880. (1) If among several heirs one is willing to accept the inheritance under the benefit of inventory, and one or more without such benefit, the inventory must be made. (2) In any such case, it shall be sufficient that the declaration referred to in article 878 be made by one only. (3) The benefit is only competent to the heir making the declaration. Heir having actual possession of property of inheritance to make up inventory within three months.
