Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 89
89. A child conceived and born out of wedlock born to a
spouse before or during marriage, and acknowledged during a
marriage may not be brought into the matrimonial home, except
with the consent of the other spouse, unless such other spouse has
already given his or her consent to the acknowledgement.
