947. (1) The co-heirs are respectiv ely warrantors towards each other against molestations a nd evictions but only if such molestations and evictions result from a cause existing previou sly to the partition. (2) Such warranty ceases, if the co-heir suffers eviction through his own fault. Warranty may be excluded.
