Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 950
950. (1) The heirs are respectively warrantors towards each
other in regard to the solvency of the debtors of the inheritan ce.
(2) Such warranty shall only be operative during the time
required for the necessary proceed ings for the recovery of the debt.
