Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 984
984. (1) Future things can form the subject of a contract.
(2) Nevertheless, it shall not be lawful to renounce a
succession not yet devolved, or to make any stipulation with re gard
to any such succession, whether w ith the person whose successio n
is concerned, or with any other person, even though with the
consent of the former; saving an y other provision of the law in
regard to any renunciation or stipulation made in contemplation of
marriage, or upon the taking of religious vows.

illegal things.
