Police Act (Cap. 164), article 57
57. The investigating officer with the assistance of such competen t
persons as may be neces sary and with the app ropriate consent, m ay –
(a) take fingerprints, palm-prints or other prints from the
person arrested;
(b) take photographs of the person arrested or of non-
intimate parts of his body;
(c) t ake non-intimate samples f rom the person arrested.
