Police Act (Cap. 164), article 58
58. Any person may, within one year from the date of his acquittal
by a final judgment of a court, demand that all samples, fingerprints and
documents taken from him and any recordings of his voice or
photographs or video recordings of him be returned to him or de stroyed
in his presence.
