Police Act (Cap. 164), article 59

59. (1) The demand mentioned in article 58 shall be made by application to a Magistrate. (2) If the demand is allowed the Magistrate shall ensure that t he material in question is returne d or destroyed in his presence. (3) If the material in question is needed in connection with an y other investigation, the Magistrate may order that the return o r destruction of any such material be detained until it is no lon ger required for the other investigation. Request by person arrested.
