Police Act (Cap. 164), article 67
67. (1) The custody officer shall personally review with the
investigating officer the continued detention of the person det ained to
determine whether it is justif ied in the circumstances.
(2) The first review shall be carried out within the first twel ve
hours from arrest and periodically thereafter at intervals not exceeding
twelve hours. A record shall be kept of the fact and of the res ult of
each review.
