Merchant Shipping Act (Cap. 234), article 122
122. The master shall, every time there are changes in the crew
of a Maltese ship, deliver to the Registrar General a list of t he crew
or a copy thereof:
Provided that the Registrar General may exempt any ship or
class of ships from the requirement of this article, either abs olutely
or subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
