122A. (1) Except where otherwise provided in this Act, all correspondence, documents, form s or other writings shall be in the English language: Provided that a foreign language version of any document may be appended to the Englis h language version thereof. (2) All written signs displayed on board a Maltese ship shall be in the English language with, i f it is considered necessary by the master, a foreign language version appended thereto.
