372C. The term “unit” with reference to any fine ( multa ) that may be imposed under this Act shall be equivalent to two euro a nd thirty-three cents (2.33) or to su ch other sum as the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister responsible for justice may by order from time to time determine, and differed equivalences ma y be determined for different prov isions of this Act or for diffe rent provisions in regulations made under this Act.
