Social Security Act (Cap. 318), article 110
110. The Director or the Umpire , having given a decision on
any claim or question, may review that decision if he is satisf ied
that -
(a) it was given in ignorance of or was based on a mistake
as to some material fact; or
(b) since the date of the decision there has been a relevant
change of circumstances,
and may give a revised decision to have effect from such date a s he
may determine.
Umpire’s decision
to be conclusive
for the purpose of
proceedings.
