42. A widow who receives any pension or benefit under this Part of this Act and who is a resident of a State Financed Residential Service as provided under article 93, shall have su ch pension or benefit apportioned in the manner provided under tha t article. Apportionment of pension in respect of widowhood where there is more than one widow. Added by: L.N. 218 of 2012.
