77A. With effect from the 1st of January 2024 and without prejudice to the provisions of this Act, it shall be the right of the par ent to have a payment paid out once a year in accordance with the Fourteenth Schedule, in respect of every child who has passed his sixteent h (16th) birthday still living with his par ents, and pursues post-second ary education in an educational institution recognised by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority.
