86. The bonus payable to any person under article 85(1) and, or article 85(2) shall be abated by the amount of any bonus whi ch such person is entitled to recei ve from any empl oyer in accorda nce with the Employment and Industrial Relations Act , in respect of any part of the six month period ending on the last day of June or December, and, or the bonus payable by any employer in terms of the Weekly Allowance National Standard Order , as the case may be: Provided that where any apportionment is required under article 87, the amount of any Bo nus which the husband is entitl ed to receive from any employer as a foresaid in this article and a ny SOCIAL SECURITY [CAP. 318. 91 weekly allowance payable by any e mployer in terms of the Weekly Allowance National Standard Order, 1988 shall be abated from th e Bonus and/or Additional Bonus due to the husband under article 85 before the apportionment of such Bonus and/or Additional Bonus is made.
