87. ( 1 ) W h e r e , i n t h e c a s e o f a m a r r i e d c o u p l e i n r e s p e c t o f
whom article 96(1) and (2) do not apply, and one of the married
couple has become an inmate of an institution as is referred to in
article 93 and the prov isions of the said article 93 have comme nced
to apply in regards to such pers on, the Bonus, or part thereof, and
the Additional Bonus payable under article 85 shall each be
apportioned equally between the said couple.
(2) The provisions of sub-article (1) shall not apply where the
spouse is entitled to the Bonus, or part thereof, and, or, the
Additional Bonus under this article in the spouse’s own right or is in
insurable employment or self-occupied.
(3) Where in the case of a married couple in respect of whom
article 96(1) and (2) does not apply, and one of the married co uple has
become an inmate of an institution as is referred to in article 93, and
the provisions of the said artic le 93 have commenced to apply i n
regards to such person, the Cost of Living Bonus or part thereo f
payable under article 85(3) sha ll be apportioned in accordance with
article 93(4).
