17A. When upon information received from the Authority, the Attorney General has reasonabl e cause to suspect that a person is guilty of a breach of this Act or of any other Act, the Attorne y General may request the Criminal Court t o issue an Attachment Order and the provisions of ar ticle 35 of the Proceeds of Crime Act shall apply.
