Malta Financial Services Authority Act (Cap. 330), article 17B
17B. When a person is charged with a criminal offence in breach of
this Act or with an offence whic h is a relevant offence in term s of the
Proceeds of Crime Act , the prosecution may apply to the Court of
Magistrates for a freezing order and the provisions of article 36 of the
said Act shall apply.
