Malta Financial Services Authority Act (Cap. 330), article 25

25. The Minister may make advan ces to the Authority of such sums as he may consider to be required by the Authority for carrying out any of its functions under this Act, and may make such advances on such terms and conditions as he may deem appropriate. Any such advances may be made by the Minister out of the Consolidated Fund, and without further appropriation oth er than this Act, by warrant under h is hand authorising the Accoun tant General to make such advances.
