7C. For the better carrying out and implementation of the provisions of the First Schedule and the BRRD , the Authority, through the Resolution Committee, may, from time to time, issue and publish Recovery and Resolution Rules which shall be bindin g on institutions and others as may be specified therein. Such Ru les may lay down additional requirements and conditions in relation to MALTA FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY [CAP. 330. 9 the recovery and resolution of institutions, the conduct of the ir business, their responsibilities, and any other matters as the Resolution Committee ma y consider appropriate.
