Malta Financial Services Authority Act (Cap. 330), article 8
8. The legal and judicial representation of the Authority shall
vest in the Chief Executive Offi cer, or in such other person as the
Board of Governors may determin e for any specific case or class of
cases:
Provided that the Board of Governors may from time to
time appoint any one or more of its members, or any one or more of
the officers or employees of the Authority, to appear in the na me
and on behalf of the Authority i n any judicial proceedings or o n any
act, contract, instrument or other document whatsoever, or in a ny
class or category thereof.
