Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331), article 23
23. Where the trust provides for more than one beneficiary, or
more than one charitable purpose or for at least one beneficiar y and
at least one charitable purpose, trustees shall be impartial an d shall
not execute the trust for the advantage of one and to the detri ment
or at the expense of another, ex cept to the extent that they ar e so
authorised or requ ired by the terms of the trust.
