Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331), article 24
24. (1) Subject to the terms of the trust and to the provision of
this Act, a trustee shall, in relation to the trust property, h ave all the
powers of a natural person having the absolute title to such
property.
(2) A trustee shall exercise his p o w e r s i n t h e i n t e r e s t o f t h e
beneficiaries and in accordance with the terms of the trust.
