46. Any broker, agent or other person who as an intermediary transfers any marketable security to which article 42 refers, s hall draw up the document evidencing such transfer if the transfer i s effected in Malta or if the transfer is effected outside Malta, give notice of such transfer to the person on whose behalf he has ac ted within two days from the transfer.
