Banking Act (Cap. 371), article 33
33. Every officer of a credit institution shall take all reasonable
steps -
(a) to secure compliance by the credit institution with its
licence and with the provisions of this Act and any
regulations made and, or Banking Rules and, or Conduct
of Business Rules issued thereunder, and
(b) to ensure that no incorrect information is provided to
the competent authority either wilfully or as the result
of gross negligence.
