Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap. 373), article 17
17. The Unit, its Board, officers and employees shall not be
liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done in th e
discharge or purported discharg e of any function under this Act ,
unless the act or omission is sh own to have been done or omitte d to
be done, as the case ma y be, in bad faith.
