111. The Prime Minister may, by order in the Gazette, direct that the provisions of articles 10, 12, 12A and Parts IIA, IIB, XII and XIIA shall apply to offences and, or infringements under any other law administered by the Director General, or under any law whereby maximum prices for goods or services are fixed, or whereby minimum standards are fixed for goods or services. Refund of monies paid.
