Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), article 113
113. No action shall lie against the Director General, or any of
his officers or any authorised person acting under his discreti on or
control, or against any member o f the Council, for any act or o mission
in connection with this Act or a ny regulations made thereunder, unless
such act or omission wa s done in bad faith.
