43A. In this Part unless the co ntext otherwise requires: "this Part" includes any regulat ions made under this Part; and "residual ADR entity" means an y such entity as the Minister may, after consultation with the Council, designate to deal wit h any disputes that consumers may have with traders in relation to wh ich there is no existing ADR entity in place competent to deal with such disputes.
