73A. Where a restriction resulting from a violation of any right of a third party, in particular intellectual property rights, p revents, or limits the use of the goods in acco rdance with sub-articles (1) to (6) of article 73, the consumer is entitle d to the remedies establishe d for lack of conformity in article 74(1), (2), (3), (4), in article 75(1) and in article 76(2), unless the law provides for the nullity or resci ssion of the sales contract in such cases.
