77. Where the seller is liable to the consumer because of a lack of conformity resulting from an act or omission, including omit ting to provide updates to goods with digital elements in accordance wi th article 73(4), by a person in previous links of the chain of tr ansactions, the final seller shall be entitled to pursue remedies against t he person or persons liable in the chain of transactions.
