Unless specifically provided in the deed of partnership, things contributed to the partnership shall be deemed to have b een transferred in full ownership: Provided that, where any of the partners has contributed his own services only, the contributions made by the other partners shall, unless specifi cally provided in the deed of partnership, be deemed to have been made in usufruct.
