219. (1) On the hearing of the winding up application, the court may either dismiss the ap plication or make an order acced ing thereto (hereinafter referred to as a "winding up order") and i n either case make such other orde rs, including provisional order s, and adjourn the hearing conditionally or otherwise as it thinks fit; but no winding up order shall be made before the application ha s been served on such persons as the court in the circumstances, and upon information given by the app licant, deems it appropriate t o call upon to make their submissions. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-article (1), where the Court is satisfied that the requirements of article 218(1)( a) have been complied with, the Court shall accede to the application. Power to stay proceedings against company.
