220. At any time after the filing of a winding up application, and before a winding up order has been made, the company, or an y creditor or contributory, may apply to the court for a stay of judicial proceedings pending against the company, and the court may stay those proceedings accordingly on such term s as it thinks fit. Dispositions of property etc., after date of deemed dissolution.
