Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 221
221. In a winding up by the court, any disposition of the
property of the company, including any rights of action, and an y
transfer of shares, or alteration of the status of the members of the
company, made after the date of its deemed dissolution, shall b e
void, unless the court otherwise orders.
