224. (1) On the making of a winding up order, or on the dismissal of a winding up application, a copy thereof shall forthwith be forwarded by the Registrar of Courts to the Registrar for registration. (2) Where a winding up order has been made or a provisional administrator has been appoint ed in accordance with the provisi ons of article 228, no action or proceeding shall be proceeded with or commenced against the company or its property except by the lea ve of the court and subject to such terms as the court may impose.
